every company using "ai" has split its workforce into two groups: those who are useless hacks and those who suddenly want to kill themselves

there's a lot of corporate employment tropes that people rightfully loathe but I feel the one I hear the least about that is pretty high on the scale of what makes that environment so fucking dreadful is being surrounded by people who are deeply incurious and incapable of helping themselves
