Very disheartening to see more and more Dem politicians lean into anti trans positions and when trans people say "man, this sucks" they get swarmed by people yelling at them for handing elections to the GOP. Wish they had that energy for the politicians.

I don’t believe AI will kill us all. But I do believe it can make all our lives worse, which has already started to come into effect, and it’s clear that the people behind the technology don’t care at all about the human cost.

I was disappointed to find out that TTRPG wiki uses AI to write their game descriptions. I've asked them to remove my games and delete their posts.

sometimes i write some scathing post and just put it in my drafts which is fun because months later i find them again completely devoid of whatever the context was in which i was so annoyed that i wrote it. this one below is one such case, but it is also evergreen.

Perhaps a book that isn't for children.

The amount of working artists I've spoken to who are losing or have lost the ability to make a viable career out of it due largely to people's use of genAI instead of hiring artists is genuinely so upsetting. We won't know what we've lost until it's gone.
