Wonderful to be back in the archive at NLW. I'm finalising a paper examining the C.20th proposals for an elected Welsh Assembly. FPTP was often the preferred voting system (some AV, AMS and STV). Plans for the size of an Assembly differ wildly: 50, 60, 72, 80, 88, 95, 100. Full paper coming soon
