“Tuberville: Abdul El-Sayed is a ‘terrorist’ who will ‘destroy America’” El-Sayed is certainly not a terrorist and the overall IQ of the senate will most likely see an increase upon Tuberville’s departure next year.

Dozens of gas-burning power plants are being built across the country, solely to power data centers. These plants could emit as much planet-warming pollution as half of all passenger vehicles in the entire country in a single YEAR. We need a data center moratorium — now.

Sanders: The irony is that the proper criticism of communism is that the Soviet Union was an authoritarian society.  And then you’ve got the most authoritarian president in the history of this country. So I suppose when he says, “I’d be a great communist,” yeah, I think there’s some truth to that

On one hand, it's a good thing CBS finally told the truth. On the other hand, CBS can still go fuck themselves. Bullshit artist Bari Weiss and the Ellison family, even with all their money, can't buy back credibility. And smart Americans will never forgive them for what they did to Stephen Colbert.

Last week, CBS News New York falsely reported that “thousands of 9/11 victims’ families are asking New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani not to attend this year’s solemn remembrance ceremony.” The articl...

Fed. judge holds DHS in civil contempt of court for refusing "intentionally and not in good faith" to provide plaintiffs with phone images they intend to use to prove DHS was racially profiling people arrested in Los Angeles without reasonable suspicion. Order from July 28, unsealed today.

B. Defendants’ Noncompliance Is Intentional And Not In Good Faith. Having found that Defendants are in violation of the January 16 Forensic Imaging Order, the burden now shifts to Defendants to show that they were unable to comply. Affordable Media, 179 F.3d at 1239 (9th Cir. 1999). They fail to make that showing. Upon review of the parties’ submissions and counsel’s representations at the hearing, it does not appear that Defendants’ noncompliance is due to an inability to comply. Instead, the clear and convincing evidence shows that Defendants have acted intentionally and not in good faith.

“Fetterman to oppose Blanche’s nomination to head Justice Department” That’s the right thing to do. If the rest of the Democrats vote no, Blanche still has room to lose one more Republican — Collins already opposes him, but Cornyn, Tillis, and Curtis have all fallen in line.
