Beeflings, there is a charity that adult human woman has followed for years that needs your help. They need funds to be able to take in more rabbits and unfortunately they have to close their doors to all bunnies until spring. Please consider donating and sharing this!

Kaboo has story to tell.

My name is Kaboo but everyone calls me The Captain of Chaos. Apparently I was backyard bred and given to a family member to live in a hutch alone. I'm super energetic and I love to play to and run, living in a hutch was very boring for me. My teeth really hurt and they grew so long, one even went into my nostril. They didn't have the money to care for me properly so I was kinda left to get on with it. When my teeth got too long, they'd snap off so that was a little better because I could eat, but it was very painful. I was picked up one day and taken to the rescue, the people promised me they would help get my teeth sorted. I saw a nice vet and she removed my teeth so I wouldn't have to worry about them again! That was the best! One side of my face looks a little funny, that's because my teeth damaged my skull and something called a tear duct doesn't work anymore. I've had a few surgeries for this but the vets can't fix it, but the people here they wash my face and give me medicine. Last year, It was very scary, I was rushed into the vets and I was so poorly. The humans said I wouldn't come home liver was 80% dead apparently. I didn't want to leave yet, ! had met lots of new friends and there's even a big garden and lots and lots of grass, I love playing and I wanted to go back home. This vet you see, she's very good. She's fixed so many of my friends too! I made it, I had to stay with the vet for a while but I made it and I got to go back home. They said I can stay here forever, 1 never have to leave this place
The board of trustees have come to agreement that Shrewsbury Rabbit Rescue will close its doors to all rabbits, even those in serious need and risk of death, until next spring. This is an incredibly heavy and sad situation to be in but unfortunately funds just aren't available to enable us to help rabbits. These measures will be reviewed in April 2027 when we hope to be in a much better position to continue with our mission

Really sick and tired of having the "everyone hates you" (anxiety disorder) disease Author's note: He's fine, he's had lots of therapy, he knows it's the brain demons and trusts his friends implicitly to tell him if they hate him.

May I remind everyone that there is currently NO cure for rabies. May I also remind everyone there is absolutely NO scientific proof connecting ANY vaccine that we produce today with autism. This is true regarding vaccination in both humans AND in dogs. Vaccinate your pets please.

Worries about vaccination rates in dogs
As rabies seems to be spreading more in wildlife, veterinarians are especially worried about vaccine hesitancy spreading among pet owners, a dangerous trend that could lead to more dogs - and their owners
- becoming infected. A 2023 study published in the journal Vaccine found in nationally representative
sample of Americans that nearly 40% believed canine vaccines were unsafe and 37% believed that vaccines could lead their dogs to develop cognitive issues, such as autism.

Had so much fun putting together this Bearguy kit. It’s my first one in fifteen years, and the first one I bought proper cutting tools for (unfortunately after I constructed the head). I’ve decided that he is part of Miku’s band. I might need to acquire more band members for them.

A green, high grade petit bearguy model stands with his guitar on a yellow cutting mat. Behind him is a pink set of Sanrio plastic drawers. Two figures standing side by side. The left side is a nendoroid Hatsune Miku, posed to be playing a keyboard. The same bearguy model kit from the previous image is posed playing the guitar, standing almost the same height. They’re in a band.

Astrophotographer Adam (AJ) Smadi caught this image a few hours ago from Washington state. A thin crescent Moon, sunlight illuminating the rugged lunar surface. And 2,400 times farther away—and on the other side of the Sun—mighty Jupiter, and its moons Io (left) and Ganymede (right).

A crescent Moon seen during the day, arcing from upper left to lower right of the frame. At lower centre is the full disk of Jupiter; the small dots to its upper left and lower right and Io and Ganymede, respectively.

The most absolutely massive flex from the state fair exhibit. This quilt is made of 40 years of prize ribbons from various categories at the New Mexico State Fair won by Carol St. Clair Johnson. She also won a prize for this quilt.

After unexpectedly winning her first blue ribbon for a sewn cape in 1981, Carol St. Clair Johnson developed an enduring love for the New Mexico State Fair. The quilt Fair New Mexico-41 Fair Years incorporates more than six hundred of the ribbons she won at the fair every subsequent year except 2020 (when the fair was canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic). Johnson earned ribbons for needlework, knitting, crochet, pies, cookies, cakes, canning, jewelry, flowers, vegetables, and potted plants. The title of the quilt is a reference to the state song, and the design places the state's Zia sun symbol at the center. The quilt earned Johnson yet another ribbon: Best in Category (miscellaneous quilt) at the 2023 New Mexico State Fair.
