Earlier this year, I had someone call me soft after I told them the amount of times I got sick during my first year in Armenia. Then, just the other day, I had a friend call me a “turtle without a shell.” In other words, soft.

Pretty wild that we’ve changed our entire mode of communication online with euphemisms like “grape”, “SA”, and “unalive” due in large part to Tik Tok, but we can still collectively watch an entire video of a man mutilating himself on the same platform.

We’re with you, as are many other good people. When you’re shouting against the megaphone of lies is when your voice is most important!

Started my morning off great by seeing another a racist account on my FYP because a large leftist account positively commented on their pop culture takes. Constantly warning folks about social media best practices feels like I’m screaming into the abyss, and the abyss is screaming back.

With J6ers getting jobs in the justice department, and presidential memorandum NSPM-7 targeting the “left-wing” and “anti-fascists” as terrorists, it's never been more important to support those tracking the far right.

I am stunned to hear of the passing of the fierce, brilliant and principled scholar activist Johanna Fernandez. Johanna's scholarship will endure. She was a gem and the world is worse for her no longer being here. Rest in power, comrade.

i’m also disappointed by the unredacted screenshots i see on this platform. it’s as if leftists here don’t intend to platform the bad guys but eventually, this becomes the reality. collecting more followers via shock value is generally the way for armchair, terminally online liberals.

Taking a social media break but before I do I gotta say this: A more recent downside to researching very bad guys is seeing how many large leftist accounts either platform these very bad guys or follow accounts that are far too friendly with very bad guys.
