One of my favorite things recently is James Carville FaceTiming into centrist festivals from his death bed with no recline to complain about any Democrat under the age of 60. Invariably his corpse winds up on Fox News. Master of communications right here.
Dumbest meme OAT is the assertion that every Western state is actually an ethnostate tbh. No sorry but this word does actually have a meaning even if annoying people online overuse it. Most states in the EU are definitively, affirmatively, clearly legally defined as states of all their citizens.

want to be clear there are absolutely big differences b/t Dems & GOP, don’t ascribe to all-the-same, and that said, it’s awfully telling how many high profile Dems now profess to prefer a Republican in office than a progressive and how that appears to be driven by who is closer to their values
A very serious Rural Politico once told me "Dems have to go to farmer meetings! We gotta be where the people are!" I was in fact in a farmer meeting at that very moment! So I live-texted him the meeting. They were complaining that they want indentured workers that they don't have to pay or feed.

But folks aren't despite the fact that our system does give disproportionate power to rural areas. But instead of taking that as the rules of the game as it exists, and actually organizing, we complain about it.
I will never understand why media outlets keep asking this guy for his opinion. He was never great at any of the jobs given to him, & he covered up a fucking police murder. In past eras, people like him would just disappear from public life, & that was a good thing for everyone
