While the new `git history fixup` command is nice for enabling a jj-like workflow, it also seems to have a bunch of annoying issues... - commits aren't signed: it ignores `commit.gpgSign = true` and doesn't have a `--gpg-sign` flag - it does not execute `pre-commit` hooks
