From 1-3 August 2025 we welcomed thousands of visitors to 507001 at Alstom's works in Derby, as part of this once in a generation railway event. The pit tours and simulator were big hits! Thanks to Team 507 for all their hard work at the show.
Saw The Odyssey tonight. A genuinely action-packed and compelling film. The near three hours runtime flew by. Also finding it hilarious that this film, full of sword fighting, bloody violence and pillaging armies is being dismissed by online cranks as “too woke” 🙄

On the one hand, Yars Revenge did have an actual story. There was even a comic book in the box explaining the plot. On the other hand, I struggle to see how they adapt Pong into a feature length film, unless they make it like Challengers and the two paddles and square ball have a threesome.

This is a great deal, congrats to Atari. Not a single person in the whole world wants to see a film of any of these, and only about forty people in the world have any fond connection to these games or remembers them at all. I'm a retro game nostalgic in his 40s and I've played... I think two?
