The people of Kansas deserve unbiased, impartial state supreme court justices. If we politicize the courts, we risk losing our essential rights and liberties.

There are a lot of people who think saying "AIPAC" instead of "Jews" gives you a sort of get-an-antisemitism-for-free Monopoly card. Either they're not nearly as clever as they think they are, or the lack of transparency is the point. Probably some of each.

These people really struggle to imagine the U.S. not being the center of the world — it’s an inverted American exceptionalism — and the idea that inaction can also lead to significant harm and death! Not taking out Assad was probably smart but also certainly allowed far more Syrians to die!
