I think I hurt my tiddy from my last chest day? Sometimes I get muscle spasms in some areas but this time they actually hurt too. I just changed up my form recently so time to figure out if this is ok or I'm doing something bad

Had been toying with the idea of doing a mono-type challenge in Pokemon and finally started it with Omega Ruby. I initially rolled Ice with a randomizer but you don't get one until quite a ways into the game so I rerolled (and removed steel, ice, and dragon too) and got grass ๐ฑ
