Heads up VAs - This audio drama uses AI voices (via Eleven Labs), and obscures this fact deep in the replies.

It is a little ridiculous that terrible A.I. images (aka slop) seem to be so common in restaurants and other small businesses at a time when everybody has access to a decent camera, the ability to instantly see the image they just took, and photo editing technlogy in the palm of their hand

Today's reminder that the current genAI boom is powered by GPUs manufactured with a mineral called coltan (and other rare earths, and cobalt) mined through the labor of enslaved children in Congo, and the US and UAE fund the paramilitaries which protect those mines and keep those children enslaved.

Here's the thing. If I know/notice genAI used in any part of your project, no matter how small, I will assume you used it for all of it, and I won't be interested at all. Why should I care if you don't?

Everyone should block this account. @curation-lab.bsky.social It is an ai that replies and quotes all art by artists, giving unwanted criticism, and scanning their art.
