Illegal dumping is abhorrent, even more so when it's any kind of hazmat, but when you look at how limited the options are for certain kinds of consumer waste *even when you're willing to pay* it becomes depressingly obvious why it happens.
So, these conservatives that get a PhD in left handed ceramics or whatever, did they set out from the start to nab whatever doctorate they could just so they could later weigh in on things like sunscreen and vaccines with the "Dr." prominently displayed as if it were relevant? It's just so common.
