Just some he/him dude.

My current car is about 3 years old and is the first car I've ever owned with a backup camera. I never had issues backing up before 3 years ago. Just got a new to me truck that's old enough to not have a camera. It's shocking how much harder it is to back up once you become reliant on that thing.

Expanding First Amendment exceptions unnecessarily is very, very risky. The government is much more likely to wield it's newly expanded powers against marginalized people than it is against the powerful.

I had a magistrate judge try something like this to one of my clients last year. My client was represented, so I raised a shit storm up and down the court system, and he was released within 48 hours. 1/2

This is wild. In late 2025, federal and state officials kept a Mexican woman in custody for almost a month by repeatedly rebooking her just before her 72-hour time limit ran out. www.propublica.org/article/immi...

Hey spam caller, when I tell you what you're doing is illegal and you just immediately hang up on me, it doesn't exactly make me believe that even you think you're doing anything legitimate.

This seems both factually incorrect and disrespectful to say about her given everything she did and when she did it but what you need to remember is that CNN wants you to know it’s good to like her, which you’re not supposed to do if she had strong convictions

"At a time when no American celebrity seems immune from the country’s many divisions, Dolly Parton was a crossover icon who stayed neutral in the culture wars while still speaking her mind," writes Zachary B. Wolf. | Analysis

Dolly was decidedly NOT neutral. She advocated for the right things, whether popular or not. She advocated for the LGTBQ+ community, in favor of medical research, vocally supported the trans community, and funded an AIDS documentary (among so many other examples).

I *despise* the notion that came up constantly that "the genie is out of the bottle" or whatever. It wasn't true about CFCs. It wasn't true about DDT. It wasn't (entirely) true about atomic bombs. We don't HAVE to live under the tyranny of horrible inventions just because they've been invented.

We can regulate shit. We can ban shit. We can take it out of the hands of the worst billionaire apocalyptic scumbags who have ever lived on planet Earth. To just throw up our hands and say "might as well become part of it because it's here and it writes my lesson plans for me" is fucking enraging

It's worth reiterating every time the Trump regime performs one of these murders that they are murders, wholly illegal, & everyone in the chain of command from the president on down to the officers who fired the weapons should be prosecuted for their crimes in aiding & abetting the murders.

The Trump administration's lawless killing spree at sea resumes with a strike reportedly killing two supposed "narco-terrorists" in the eastern Pacific.

Trump: tariffs don’t raise prices MAGA: yeah! tariffs don’t raise prices, dumb libs Trump: I’m going to suspend tariffs on imported beef to lower prices MAGA: suspending tariffs will lower prices, dumb libs

Anyone else remember when some Tylenol got tampered with and people died? The whole industry changed seemingly overnight. How about the shoe bomber? Overnight security changes to how we fly. How many deaths that we know about with chat bots? What are we even doing??

You spent years telling me I needed to fix my evil pirate heart and Respect Copyright now I'm supposed to look the other way when the world's largest companies don't give a shit because the profits are too big to fail and that we're falling behind Asia if we don't hop aboard. OK.

Learning when you've won and you need to shut the fuck up because continued talking can only possibly change that is one of the key skills that so, so, *so* many attorneys need to learn. If you just watched the judge rip the shit out of the other side for an hour, maybe consider a short argument.

"The Emperor is a fan of Flock, and we must continue utilizing Flock technologies so that we can follow and surveil the rebel scum as they move from playground to playground... They are following children in parks and gymnasiums, and we need this. I need this so I can stalk my ex-girlfriend."
