Thrilled to see our work on senescence & metastasis out! We found that chemotherapy increases ovarian cancer metastasis in a paracrine manner via fructose. Dietary fructose is sufficient to increase metastatis. This work has multiple implications related to both chemo and diet.

Saying goodbyes is hard - esp a friend who could see through me without needing too many words, whom I saw grow up from an undergrad to postbac to now an incoming grad student at another university. I am sure they'll kick ass at whatever they do, but it'll be strange not seeing them in the hallway 🥹

I am still not over the #Fifa final and how calm the #spain team was - they kept their head in the game, had max ball possession, and waited patiently for their win. Lesson learnt : In a world full of chaos, work hard, do what you do best and wait patiently for your win like #spain ⚽🎉
