I watched the video. It was an execution. The officer cannot claim negligence or an accident because he fired three rounds into the man's head. Incidentally, the officer almost shoots his partner (and may have), as you can see the other officer suddenly jerk back after the first shot is fired.

When I start hating something, I stop doing it. Which is why I left Twitter.
