The framing of this as "crashing" frustrates me, because this was absolutely a stunt arranged through & with the support of Comic Con, probably to avoid the protests & pushback if people had known about it in advance. It's not a fun perk for fans, it's stealth marketing of a domestic abuser.

IMO, writing a good action scene is about balancing the actual action with the thoughts/feelings/sensation of the character—too much of either and you'll either have it be really dry, or slow down when it's the last thing you want.
