There may well be active duty troops in the Middle East right now who have family members locked in ICE jails. Congress authorized Military Parole-in-Place specifically to avoid this situation. But the Trump admin has shown little care to families caught in this situation.

"President Donald Trump’s administration has detained dozens of parents and spouses of active-duty U.S. troops as it rolls back immigration protections for military families to pursue its mass deportation agenda." https://bit.ly/4br4M4m

The Russian government has extended the authorization sell fuel with as low a standard as Euro-2 for 1 year or until July 1st 2027. Gas stations will be required to inform buyers about the quality of the fuel they are selling however.

watching the candidate forum for the US Senate seat currently held by Tina Smith and it's incredible how Royce White's response to every question is to spout insane conspiracy theories about transgender people and the uniparty. This guy was the GOP's nominee for a Senate seat two years ago!

Alabama and Mississippi rank the two worst states in the country to have a baby. In baby friendliness, Alabama ranked #51. ❓ Apparently a territory outranked it. I thought these were right-to-life states. Do better, Bama. www.montgomeryadvertiser.com/story/news/2...

Why Alabama scores nearly last in US for having a baby in the state

Having a baby in Alabama can cost less than elsewhere, so why did the state rank near the bottom in a new national study?

Remember when photos came out in April of the skimpy food that sailors were getting on the USS Lincoln and the Navy denied it? Now its worse. A sailor messaged his mother that his meal was a cup of rice and two tortillas, and the showers and laundry are frequently closed.

Moldy showers and no soap: Military families are outraged by conditions on USS Lincoln

The aircraft carrier's long deployment in the Iran war is raising concerns that the sailors and Marines on board are facing poor conditions, low supplies and fatigue.

Royce White is now ranting about "transgender sex dolls" during a forum that is supposed to be about agricultural issues. This guy is a serious Republican in Minnesota who had the party's nomination for a Senate seat two years ago. Insanity.

Whenever one of these freaks goes off on a tangent about their trans conspiracy of the day, the proper response -- from an interviewer or anyone else -- is "well, it seems like you're having some sort of mental breakdown here, so we'll wrap it up"

The Trump regime is so far away from a solution to its illegal war with Iran that it isn't even focused on the nuclear issue that supposedly led to hostilities in the first place. Instead, the regime is focused on the Strait of Hormuz, which wasn't even an issue until Trump started the war.

Trump knew the contractor when he was taking credit for the Reflecting Pool renovation. But now that it's been botched, he’s never heard of him? Funny how that works.

First came across him mentoring kids tied to the Mises Institute who were involved in the creation of Old Glory Club. They weren't as openly white nationalist at the time, more couching it as concern for "Heritage Americans", but they were having regularly discussions w a neo-Nazi like Thomas777.

Thomas777 is a neo-Nazi w ties to old school boneheads in the Chicago area. He's become a fash intellectual & took his carefully curated hipster costumes w him to Jared Taylor's annual AmRen conf - a gathering of white nationalists like Patriot Front - in 2023. Young bucks revere him as an old head.

In that same interview, TC’s favorite “historian” talks about writing the foreword to a new book by Thomas777. That Thomas fellow (pictured below) has said that "Hitler will be remembered in 1,000 years as the warlord who prevented Soviet world domination."

A picture of a white guy in sunglasses and a black leather coat sporting an iron cross.

"McConnell, an appointee of President Barack Obama, is the chief federal judge in Rhode Island. For nearly all his 15 years on the federal bench, he worked in relative obscurity. He rarely gave his personal safety a second thought. That changed dramatically starting early last year."

This federal judge ruled against Trump. Then the threats began.

U.S. District Judge John McConnell’s experience is emblematic of the climate facing jurists, whether nominated by Democratic or Republican presidents.

This is hilarious. Charles Gasparino (foil of @kenwhite.bsky.social when both were on Twitter) of the NY Post is big mad at NYC business leaders for not making good on the NY Post's predictions that big business would flee NYC if Mamdani instituted his platform. nypost.com/2026/08/04/b...

Mamdani is nothing but hostile to NYC business community — but leaders still won’t stand up to him

Mayor Mamdani to the business community: “Drop Dead.” And the business community is falling to the floor and rolling over.
