Marcel Update: he is an ABSOLUTE angel…but sadly caught ringworm at the rescue (which was not disclosed when I picked him up, hence the cuddling) So, in addition to his medical dip and a 5-week regimen of an oral antifugal, he must quarantine for 4 weeks. My little boy in the plastic bubble 🥹😞😷

Thank you, Reviewer #2, for claiming an article published 39 years ago about a vaguely similar event in the British India means my article on an event in French India 122yrs earlier “lacks sufficient originality”… Everyone knows that 1720s French India was EXACTLY THE SAME as 1840s British India.
