Adding a new domain to Mailgun, and their _recommended_ "Automatic setup" gives me an iframe from Entri (?) that plainly asks for my DNS provider username and password 😱 wut?

RubyEvents Guides is now live. Over the last few months, I talked to Rubyists who want to help the community keep going. Some want to restart a local meetup. Some are organizing their first small conference. Some already run events and want to make the next one better.

The feature I was most proud of almost killed the product. Spent 3 weeks on a permission system. Users got confused and stopped onboarding. I deleted most of it. Simplicity is not a design choice. It is a product strategy.

99% of the eyeballs and customers are in your future. So you can always change, always try something new - new messages, logos, everything. So just go out there with something. Don't fear making a big splash with the wrong thing - that's not going to happen.
