Started over running training with Zombies, Run! C25k. Has to be a slow process because of my spinal nerve injury. Was pleasant, went well, but locked my keys in my car for the first time EVER. Luckily opted for the park close to my house so got a bonus 2mi walk to fetch the spare key. 🧵 (1/2)
