Anyway, since I’m always annoying my own brain by trying to come up with clearer and more specific wording for my own opinions: I reject the notion that LLMs can be deployed “responsibly” at scale and believe that anybody claiming otherwise is fooling themselves, conning you, or possibly both

I’m not sure whether this is just a psychological difference or AI bros fundamentally don’t understand the nature of an artistic experience, but: I don’t want a personalised film/book/podcast. Another kid zoombomb was averted today. I did a live TV item for a Singaporean news network, and had partner take kiddo out to the park. When he showed her that mommy was on TV, she demanded they rush home in time so she could be on TV, too. Thankfully, the item was done by the time they got home.
