When you become chronically ill, a disappointing number of people will suggest it’s all in your head. That you can “try harder” and be better. They do this because they can’t face the reality that health is temporary. You can be disabled in an instant, and there’s often no fix.

Strive to find Joy in each day. It's a way to practice self care. When we take care of ourselves, we can better take care of others. The more spoons we can hold together, the better we can organize and make some noise and good trouble. #NowWhatDoIDo?
