Super Mario Land Advance is coming along pretty nicely, and I'm having a lot of fun designing and tweaking all the little details. I hope I can share more soon! In the meantime, here's the tentative intro screen

Last night I had an extremely detailed dream that was a combination of Jurassic Park and The Terminator. John Hammond was the one who inadvertently invented SkyNet. Tim was sent back to warn him and Hammond did listen but it created parallel futures. And then I woke up.

I’ve shared this image before but it’s still important to point out. This is what “retro” games cost on eBay when I was in high school in the early 2000s. I have since sold a lot of these off but still have a few. Almost all of these sell for crazy money now.

I got into retro video games in high school and college because it was cheap. I was broke as hell but I was still able to pop into a thrift store or pawn shop and get NES and SNES games for $5. Same with DVDs. The deals I turned down because they weren't cheap enough would make you sick

They waste billions on data centers but can’t invent a bowl where a cat doesn’t push food to the side and decide it’s empty
