The minority of peers who've talked this bill out have guaranteed that suffering will continue for now but the Bill will come back and eventually it will pass.

This story is such a bad example of journalists *creating* news. They sent out a survey to 5,000 GPs. 752 replied. 540 said they’d never refused to give a fit note to someone who said they had mental health issues. 162 said they had refused, which is over a fifth. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
