Again, this argument (here made by the Chief Rabbi) is so bogus. Israeli proposals may have envisaged E1 remaining part of Israel. No Palestinian or international proposal did. The Oslo process blocked any settlement building in E1 because they it would prevent any contiguous Palestinian state.

If guidance to forcibly segregate trans woman was implemented - it would not only be a attack of trans rights - but also on religious freedom. LGBT+ inclusion is a fundemental tenet of progressive Judaism, and to force us to segregate would be a denial of our right to practice our religion freely.
