As always, giving the Roberts Court credit for not always having five votes for doing most floridly insane thing immediately is a soft bigotry of low expectations. Anything less than 9-0 on something like this is not good enough.
So that's two explicit votes for immediately ending democracy plus Kavanaugh signaling not now but maybe after the midterms. I don't feel great about how this is going to go when they keep pushing the USPS ballot ban in time for 2028.
