Beth continues to kick ass. So glad this kind of permanent academic position exists in metascience, and so glad @bethclarke.bsky.social is paving the way. Hopefully there will be lots more departments adding metasciencey people like her in the years to come! A pretty smart move if you ask me.
Very excited to announce that I’ll be joining @zpid.bsky.social in Trier, Germany as a tenure-track Jun.-Prof. in Psychological Metascience in November! 🤸🏻♀️✨

#PsychSciSky #AcademicSky Since there is no polling option here (👀 @bsky.app ) How many of u were aware that while PsyArXiv is (& always will be) free to end users, @improvingpsych.org incurs annual costs for the technology that hosts the service, including user technical support and DOI minting?
Within the next year, we'll be looking for folks to help expand this website into "ManyScale". We want to help you use this code to make your own repository for your subfield. SelfScale, EmotoScale, PoliticoScale, etc. If that sounds exciting to you, please reach out!
We made an open repository of close relationships measures. Our goal is to catalogue all of the published self-report measures in relationship science. You can help us expand the database by suggesting measures you tend to use in your research, or by uploading your own measures! relascale.com

Due to an issue with OSF, PsyArXiv is currently only able to "accept" manuscripts. If papers need to be revised before acceptance - for instance, due to not meeting our server's policies (blog.psyarxiv.com/about-psyarx...), we will hold them in our queue until the OSF implements a fix.

I’m working on the revised docs for the upcoming beta release of metacheck and am looking for advice on what kind of questions you’d have and what level of detail you’d want to know about data privacy and AI use.
Hi all! Anybody know of recentish data on researcher perceptions of open science practices that ask questions like, "I think it's good for the field when studies are preregistered"? I found Houtkoop et al (2018) on data sharing, but am hoping for data on other practices and more recent!
I'm excited to co-host these sessions with @priyasilverstein.com! Come say hi and work together with APS attendees and editors to propose publishing innovations at APS journals! #PsychSciSky #SciPub
