I want a mash-up of “Queer Eye” and “Love It Or List It,” where the Fab Five are lesbians, and they come visit a straight woman. Four of them stay and spend the week coaching her partner about how he can do more to help with housework, plan dates, talk about his feelings, etc.

What I love about omelettes is that you can walk into any grubby tavern “up north” and order a dish of delicately whisked and folded eggs, using the French word for it and everything.

Doing some college tours with the 16yo this week. On the University of Michigan tour, we learned that they have: a squirrel watching club, a squirrel feeding club, an anti-squirrel feeding club, and an anti-anti-squirrel feeding club.

Interesting: DoorDash is supporting the GOP bill in Congress to limit D.C.'s ability to increase or decrease taxes and fees, largely in response to the D.C. Council's recent vote in impose a new 20-cent delivery fee to help fund food-access programs. www.notus.org/metro/uberea...

I wish more journalists would point out that Sen. McConnell and Rep. Tom Kean (missed 4 months of work) are/were essentially on paid sick & medical leave. The same employment protection they’ve spent their careers blocking other Americans from having.
