It’s bad. Ukraine is still effectively hitting both inside Russia and occupied Crimea almost daily, but Putin (as usual) is targeting population centers instead of legitimate military targets.

Trump is refusing 220 million dollars in disaster relief to Democrat led states. That alone should be a bipartisan impeachable offense. It should also be something that incites open revolt.
