NEW: The Trump admin certainly put on a show last week about changing tactics in Minnesota after ICE agents killed Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old VA nurse. Trump even suggested it's time for "a softer touch." Except residents say nothing has changed. At all. www.huffpost.com/entry/ice-mi...

Trump Using A ‘Softer Touch’ With ICE In Minnesota? Residents Say Don’t Be Fooled.

Two weeks after Alex Pretti’s killing, federal agents have shown no signs of backing down. The resistance definitely hasn't.

I just got tear gassed along with thousands of union members, many of whom had their families with them. Federal agents at the ICE facility tear gassed children. We must abolish ICE, DHS, and we must have prosecutions. I expect to see enforcement of our city code prohibiting the use of tear gas.

Federal law enforcement agents shot and killed a man in Minneapolis on Jan. 24 according to local police officials. DHS told Fox News that the man was “armed with a gun”. A video of the shooting appears to show that a gun was taken from the man before the first shot was fired. x.com/BillMelugin_...

If you want to know what people mean when they say Democrats are "controlled opposition," rather than whipping votes against ICE funding, Hakeem Jeffries struck a deal with Republicans to allow Democrats to feign outrage at ICE while still funding the spending package.

Another day, another outrage; ICE under Trump is going to deport dozens of people to Iran, including two gay men previously arrested by the regime who face the death penalty for their orientation, and despite the ongoing crackdowns which have killed thousands. An administration of total inhumanity.

MSNOW headline: News
Trump administration plans to deport 40 İranians days after mass killings in Iran
Two of the deportees are gay and terrified of returning to a country where homosexuality is punishable by death, their lawyer says.

🎥 “Total Diagnostic Collapse” in Gaza

Drop Site spoke with Dr. Mimi Syed, a U.S.-based physician who has volunteered twice in Gaza, about what medical workers describe as the complete collapse of diagnostic capacity under Israel’s siege.

Doctors warn they are now “working blind.” At Al-Shifa Hospital, Israeli attacks destroyed X-ray and imaging units, leaving physicians unable to diagnose pneumonia, heart failure, internal bleeding, or fractures. Gaza’s Health Ministry says 90% of blood testing and transfusion supplies are depleted, 75% of core lab materials are unavailable, and critical tests for cancer, kidney, and endocrine patients have been suspended.

Separately, medical relief groups warn some 350,000 chronically ill patients face life-threatening risk as hospitals operate with extreme shortages of medicines and diagnostic tools.

ICE just indiscriminately stopped a citizen at a bus stop in front of the co-op. If this is how they treat the President of the Minneapolis City Council who is legally observing, just think of what they’re doing to everyone else in our City.
