110 years ago today, Joseph Plunkett, one of the seven signatories to the Proclamation of the Irish Republic, was executed in Kilmainham Gaol following the failed Easter Rising. I'm proud to be a citizen of the Republic of Ireland as well as one of the United States.
Trump's DOJ explored prosecuting Biden for using an autopen, which is insane because there's no criminal statute that would cover that and that conduct is clearly protected by the Court's decision. The former is probably what stopped them, not the latter.

He lied about evidence. He misled his client about the law. Law profs who back wannabe coup leaders and authoritarians should retire because what’s the point of law at all?
What's the viewppoint discrimination here? That the California bar would've allowed Eastman to try to commit a coup for Democrats. The slippery slope fallacy is the chef's kiss. Lash would've defended Carl Schmitt too. These people are awfully afraid of the consequences of their own actions
