If Oklahoma gets a Democratic governor, it'll be because of plans for a colossal, Emirati-owned aluminum plant up in the Outer Tulsa area. The Republican runoff candidates differ widely. The Trump-backed one wants it, the non-Trump one doesn't. The Democratic candidate doesn't want it either.
