Driving a car is incredibly dangerous, it should be one of the most regulated experiences on earth, and it is very upsetting to watch people who correctly don’t trust the cops turn against automated enforcement because the alternative is relying on a cop’s judgement to enforce the laws.
When we talk about the importance of funding libraries and library workers - this is the result of being down just *six* people across the entire city of Chicago. Wherever you live, libraries have been running on shoestrings for years and years. Fighting for funding improves service you use!

One of my wife's coworkers was recently treated by one after collapsing in London. The bike, not surprisingly, responded much faster than the ambulance. Something to watch the next couple days. The incoming heat wave will likely be significantly moderated due to extremely thick smoke aloft. Take a look at predicted smoke aloft at 5 PM Tuesday, versus predicted temperatures. I'd take at least 3-5º off these temperatures. #wawx
