But @jessiegender.bsky.social is right - think of the amount of times HBO commented on GOT leaks and downloads, just as an example. They DO track these things, and even that drives interest. Let this show die. Trans people deserve better.

Fandom fired a Gamespot employee while he was on paid leave from a gunshot wound. Fandom is fucking trash and I hate that this country doesn't have better employee protection laws. Companies should not have this kind of power to just fire people, at will, with zero fucking notice.

I keep seeing people thinking this is a bluesky problem. If you're seeing this it thinks you're in a state or country with age verification laws. This is what every social media site will do if KOSA and the KIDS Act succeeds. Running to another socmed won't fix it, we have to fight the source.

anyway i think the best we can probably do as trans people is support each other and particularly support trans women. i think in the end the cat is out of the bag and now that so many people know transition is an option, transness is here to stay.
