Hi, it me. I don't understand jokes or sarcasm, much like I don't understand why people aren't always sincere. Join me on this twenty part epic as I overshare constantly and wonder why nobody else does... </end>
It was sad watching artists rip down years, decades even, of web galleries full of comments and stats and proof of life before generative AI just to reupload it with some sketchy anti-AI overlay applied. Training methods mooted it almost instantly, and the damage to art history is permanent.
What does it say about me as a person that I either don't know anyone who's ever been assaulted, or am not aware of anyone having been assaulted, or my brain has completely blocked any memory of such out, but I happen to still post on the Something Awful forums in TYOOL 2026?
Hi guys, I'm currently trying to kick heroin, and I have blocked the numbers of all my dealers to facilitate this. However, I was just wondering whether anyone knows of any other dealers who I won't be able to block, just so I can do some occasional, completely non-habitual heroin
some amazing things happening over on threads — ever since they “shut down CERN”
Very Cool, I'm apparently now blocking the Bridgy bot, because it is now following Jesse Singal, and I'm subbed to the Jesse Singal Followers blocklist.
I was going to reply to someone in my timeline, but I noticed their posts are locked, and my account isn't, so my replying to them would just be an unwanted gateway for the public to see and respond to their posts.

So, guess that @gizmodo.com has been hacked??? or something??? I can't even access articles on mobile without this prompt popping up. Because I searched and this seems like a malware/phishing attempt since the captcha seemed fishy. (further info here: consumer.ftc.gov/consumer-ale...)
Every time I look at social media, I feel like I already spend way too much time engaging with reality. Do people really wonder why others don't want to engage with reality all that much?
Cool, looks like Gnome is so allergic to Server Side Decorations, that their Gitlab self-destructed when I attempted to open a Merge Request for implementing them.

CW: pet passing One of my two 13 year old tuxedo cats, Abigale, had to be put down today. I will always love her, and will miss her dearly.
Why is my timeline repeating everything from yesterday all over again? It seems like an endless feedback loop of AI discourse.
Oh wow with #Hogwarts Legacy free, I can still avoid playing it and tell you quite happily that Professor Fig dies at the end - no matter what ending - and also Rookwood cursed Anne and framed the goblins. I have no idea what that means, but all the same - Pass it along. #HogwartsLegacy

Is it bad that, in any argument involving someone I know rather well, I automatically side with the person I know over the relative nobody they got into a fight with? And then feel the need to vacate communities completely when this relative nobody is being invited to them one by one?
I apparently took a 10+ day break from all news and social media. I came back. I feel like I should have stayed away longer.

Am I not queer or weird enough if I happen to be AI-ambivalent and use AI in coding projects? Apparently queer/weird status is tied heavily into anti-AI stance. Or maybe it's not and people are just making one too many connections.
I think we've lost the plot when we link technological choices with social/ideological ones...
