I've spent the last few weeks experimenting with various setups for deploying #Ruby apps to a server. Here's my first blog post in a series where I'll describe what I've come up with. Most tutorials gloss over details like security and user management. I'm going for as much detail as possible!

It blows so hard that every time I do something and have big plans and they involve Rails, the hamburger helper guy keeps fucking it up. like censor your-fucking-self my guy and you'll stop wasting a whole fucking day on the backlash, and cause a lot less angst. send skeet.

Well... I was *supposed* to be working on fixing a lot of things in the Web Awesome app around silly things like "data privacy", "enhanced team management", etc. Instead, i spent the second half of today exploring a Canvas to SVG implementation....and it actually works.. github.com/shoelace-sty...
