OK, fine, SCOTUS's actual holding is that the default can't be that you ask the property owner before bringing a dangerous thing on their property, the default has to put the burden on the property owner, but again, an extremely odd claim about what the Founders wrote down.

Property owners can't keep dangerous things off their own property is just a weird thing for the Founders to have thought, man.

This idiocy sums up the entirety of modern US politics. This admin truly believes the act so synonymous with scandal that "-gate" is part of our lexicon should be considered just another Thursday evening entertainment (and the press should thank them for the content!)
