I am very very tired of hearing the words “trans women and drag queens”. Drag is an art form not an identity, and if your annoying online gotcha depends on encouraging the conflation of the two by lumping them together then it doesn’t fundamentally fight conservatism but it does fundamentally suck.
When my egg was cracking, I had someone seriously suggest that I 'might just be a drag queen' instead of a trans woman.

Then when they reply just repeat it with slightly different emphasis.
