as a centrist this seems like a sensible position. We all have to work with bigots, but in his old age winston is proving himself incapable of doing his job; diplomacy. China is undeniably our most important international partner for the next decade.

It seems like Katie Nimon is advocating for a different parental leave policy from the Government, her party & her boss. I've watched the whole interview 3 times & can't get away from that impression. Is this allowed in the National Party? Can MPs just go around contradicting party policy?

Nimon Faction Routs Luxon Faction. But will she be satisfied with 30 weeks? She said 'any mum should have the choice', her friends are 'taking 9 months or 12 months off' and 'more is always better'.

literally just ignores reality to ask if NZF can “pull off” “drill baby drill” and wonders why they might be getting cut through well it’s because the entire political gallery is amplifying lies as if NZF has serious policy while refusing to publish anything that might drive voters away

I've worked my model back to the Talbot Mills internal that got released and it's extremely revealing of why Labour is not adjusting course: TM is giving them a completely different picture of the election where they are clearly winning and don't need to adjust anything. They're in a total bubble.
