43,500 Ukrainians in Alberta with non-permanent migrant status. They'd be affected by Danielle Smith's immigration questions. Doubt they're the explicit target of the proposed crackdown on services for temporary residents, but they represent about 1 in 7 of them. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...
