Your voice matters and you should feel good that you made a difference. Obviously, the fight isn't over, but this was an important victory.

Folks, the US lost to Iran, decisively, and there is no way to un-lose now by any practical means. The IRI is the hegemon of the Gulf Arabs now. The Strait of Hormuz will not be free again in my lifetime. Freedom of navigation is dead as international norm. He ruined the world. Best to make do.
I guess my only further contribution to Discourse on this subject is: yeah, Emily Wilson is not a film scholar or expert and that’s precisely why people were interested in her remarks. Film scholars and critics have weighed in from many outlets!
While the SCREEN Act failed in the committee, KOSA did move forward. Contact your senators immediately demanding it be opposed, and keep the pressure up until it comes to a vote in the Senate
