Me at people: They're playing X episode from Y show in two hours on its Roku channel! I'm gonna watch it! People: You can stream Y episode of X show on nearly every streaming service right at this very moment. Every episode of X show, in fact. Me: Half the thrill is catching it in the wild!

It’s hard to explain but tv was better when you couldn’t watch the show you wanted whenever you wanted to watch it and most of the shows were worse and the TVs were worse and the entire experience was worse, that’s when it was better

It's insanely infuriating to me that all of these Midwest county/state fairs-- I've already left nasty comments at the county level-- seem to be fine with AI. Guess all these people that claim hard, honest work is their forte think artists aren't capable of the same?

Ohio State Fair organizers are planning to change poster contest rules after an AI-generated poster won the $1,000 grand prize this year.

The year is 2070. I follow a series of hobo-glyphs to a abandoned mine in the desert. Two armed guards stand watch. I hold a scroll up and beg for ingress. Inside is the GeoCabal, the ancient and wise players of Geoguessr from 2013 to 2025. They will know if my map is real or fake.

Delusions of rogue artificial intelligence are what happen when your trauma from the pandemic manifests as "I didn't feel in control at one point so now everything that feels like ceding control is obviously a malicious force majeure that carries no responsibility on my end".

I want you to notice how the New York Times does not think it's important to mention that both the OpenAI and Anthropic "AI gone rogue" hack events were completely avoidable and caused by human error

We discovered a new variant of Super Mario Bros.

Inside, were 97 individually wrapped, brand-new copies of Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt. Each game was wrapped in the same baggie that would have come in an
