Trans people.
the whole "instead of complaining that nobody makes the thing you want go make it yourself" thing annoys me because 1) i am making a thing i want, 2) it's going to be years before i finish it, 3) i want to enjoy things i like that i didn’t and/or couldn’t create myself
A concrete example of why democrats who are not pro trans cannot be trusted is that over time democrats have leaned into anti-immigrant rhetoric to appease the right which lead to them passing extreme anti-immigration policy and eventually outright supporting ICE.

If anti-trans Democrats win, cishet people are less miserable and more safe; queer & trans people are only SLIGHTLY more miserable and less safe; and the whole Democratic party becomes structurally more anti-trans.
