There are places in the world today that are experiencing 40°C for the first time in recorded history. Of course there's no way to know whether chucking billionaires into volcanos will appease the sun god but i feel we're doing the scientific method a disservice if we don't at least try.

This Windows/Copilot push is def a case of mnfctrs pushing a product that consumers don't need or necessarily want. Background processes eat up resources. Worse still, disabling the service in the OS can reduce available memory. Not sure what I'm gonna do when I need a new computer.

Got a new Dell Laptop at work & it comes with a COPILOT KEY next to the right Alt button. I thought OK, I can surely disable this key or remap it to Ctrl. Oh my friends, no. I was foolish. Searching for help came across this, Dell agents aren't even allowed to discuss remapping the copilot key.
