Hackney have been repainting many of their 🚲 markings of late, especially along C27. They've finally added a number to the De Beauvoir "C" marking below... but it should be C1 for this right_turn, not C27. @hackneycycling.org.uk

Current status at Woodberry Grove/Seven Sisters Rd junction. TfL are doing junction safety works (red box on map). Housing development (blue box) has made a section of Woodberry Grove one-way.

Update following phase 1. Lay-by just being used for storage. Painted southbound cycle lane in; can see (based on road markings at traffic lights) where northbound contraflow will go. Bus stop island very near completion with a very wide crossing point for pedestrians. Phase 2 next week.

Dalston Lane will be getting closed for 6 weeks (around Hackney Downs station) from 20 July. The significant cycling infrastructure to be delivered will be a parallel crossing sandwiched between 2 new modal filters.

Update: There will be resurfacing in the coming weeks, but the full surfacing on Water Ln is waiting until Sept because Cadent Gas will be replacing the gas main over the summer 🤪 it doesn’t make sense to resurface only for it to be dug up again. Hopefully things will be done & signed off soon.
