Most current Democratic leadership is from safe Dem areas like NYC and SF, and so they (and their staff) never learned how and why to attack. Instead, they focus their attention on intra-party disputes, where nice-guy disagreements are necessary. That doesn't work against Republican bloodsport.

However horrible you think the Tate brothers are, I promise, it's worse than that. It's insane that Dems aren't making a bigger deal of the GOP embracing these grotesque monsters.

Opinions may vary, but I think it's news that warrants attention when sitting president perpetrates a fraud and launches a public offensive against one of his own U.S. Attorneys.

Some might see this and assume it’s fake, but Trump actually published it. The White House perpetrated a fraud on the public, and after the DOJ was forced to abandon a baseless prosecution, Trump doubled down on the self-satisfying fiction he prefers to reality and threw Pirro under the bus.

“Estonians have been able to pay taxes online since 2000. The United States was just getting there last year with IRS Direct File, a Biden-era pilot program that saved users time and money, but Trump killed it after lobbying by tax-prep and software companies.” www.thebulwark.com/p/trump-is-m...

An AMAZING bit in the complaint that SpaceX owned xAI filed is where they lament that the MN state law would result in really, really expensive fines for companies that don't stop enabling users to make AI deepfake porn basically. Here's a bite: xAI attorneys wrote...

Cruelty for racism's sake. People with TPS followed the process. They got permission to work. They became part of our communities, building their lives here over decades, in some cases. Even Ohio's GOP governor says this mass deportation is wrong. It only serves a white nationalist agenda.

TPS for Haitians officially expires tomorrow. ICE is planning big operations, with Springfield, Ohio among the targets www.cbsnews.com/news/ice-hai...

We need to talk about cyclospora. The team that was tracking it? Donald Trump and RFK Jr. cut it by more than 70%. The surveillance network meant to track it? The Trump Administration made Cyclospora reporting optional and didn't even bother telling the public until two months after they did it.

Big news here. After Salgado Araujo was killed by an ICE agent, *someone* leaked that a search warrant for the van showed FBI thought they might have seen drug baggies in it. The family said it was drink powder. Apparently the substance was tested and the family was correct.
