🚨ICE has awarded CoreCivic $536.2 million to operate the Prairie Correction Facility in Appleton, Minnesota as an immigration jail. The period of performance begins August 11.

Instead of looking at an older adult and seeing frailty or weakness, look with new eyes that can see valuable life experience.

Wow! ICE’s airport arrests of people seemingly waiting in government immigration backlogs caught up a Fulbright scholar and public health researcher working at Johns Hopkins in their public health department. Not exactly the “worst of the worst”! Yet they threw her in detention anyway.
