My poor cat Raven has tooth resorption lesions causing her teeth to rot & fall out, she’s in a lot of pain 😢 she’ll need expensive surgery soon to extract the affected teeth. I’m so anxious and gutted. May fundraise later for this, but til then…maybe toss a tip our way? 🙏 ko-fi.com/johannamation

I ran an absolutely 100% human, zero AI-involvement at any stage passage of my writing through an "AI detector," curious if it could really tell human from AI work, and it said my own writing was "84% AI written" then asked I wanted to pay to have it "humanized." So there's that to keep in mind.

Recently I’ve find out that a famous Italian artist is making autobiographical videos filled with TERF ideology undertones. She doesn’t use hate speech nor explicitly transphobic language, but the message, at the end is clear.

Sometimes you have periods of time where the ideas just aren’t coming to you for certain new projects/books/stories/art, and it’s okay to regroup and let your creative writing brain lie fallow for a bit. If it’s a good enough process for crops, then it’s good enough for your creative work.

After much discussion, debating and tantrum throwing by one council member in particular (looking at you Sir Vance), it was decided to send a party in each year to "clean out" the shrines.

Each spring a new team of sweepers would be sent into the shrine, some would return, and some would not.

Those that returned, often did so with riches, stories and a severe case of PTSD that kept them out of the shrines for the rest of their lives--

That is except for the famed explorer--Cochran, who made many journeys into the shrine.
