Also there is an undeniable tactile joy to index cards and sticky notes that no software will ever be able to capture.

Harpy Birthday! Messed around with creature tokens in DF a little bit and got a world where a harpy joined up with a human civilization, became a brewer and eventually a noble. The humans must like her. #dwarffortress
RETVRN but it's just shooting a firehose of federal funding for a new WPA
Man, nobody could build a shithouse like the WPA.
Reasons I never finish anything: I am the writer and the boss in this example.
Being a game writer is basically rewriting entire scenes because your boss watched "The Revenant" over the weekend and has decided your game should have more "(adjective)." Then when you're done, they cut that part out of the game for design/scope reasons or they watched a new movie last weekend.
honestly how do we get people to be as careful with a chatbot as they would be with a leprechaun
Summer Slow Jams plan is up, oh yeah! I've gotta do at least one again this year, let some folks convince me to actually work on a good game again.

So this is a bit of a shot in the dark but my own research has led me down so many contradictory paths I do not know where to start and i know there's a ton of gamedevvy people here so; Where do I find professional soundtracks for a project? Are there specific websites or is it just networking?
Inkle's making a legally distinct House of Leaves?!
We don't know. What we do know is the wiring diagram works. We built it, virtually, in @godotengine.org. We fed it scans of the books we found. And the books are very, very strange. The "game" that resulted is also strange. We're hoping people can make sense of it for us.
Me and a small team just made a "Case of the Golden Idol" inspired game for @pigsquad.com's Summer Slow Game Jam. The game is called THE HOUSE ON [REDACTED] STREET. Playable in-browser for FREE! If you like it, leave a review on Itch! matthew-cavener.itch.io/house-on-red...
